| The Food & Wine events are held on selected Friday evenings. These evenings are held in our beautiful 18th Century Coach House, where you will enjoy an evening of wine tasting accompanied by good food. These are occasions to taste quality wines from different countries throughout the world and to sample the flavours of that country. |

Gain the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) Elementary and Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificates, showing that you have taken steps to be as informed as possible. Remember – an outbreak of food poisoning is defined as 2 or more affected people. |
