Veuve Clicquot Champagne Cookery School for Women

This jam packed one day class is the ultimate indulgence. The day begins with a cookery class taught be our professional tutors.

Both the enthusiastic novice and budding professional alike will delight in the creative seasonal recipes and the professional's tips for creating a faultless three course menu. Ladies will enjoy their creations together with a well deserved glass of wine before indulging in the real luxury of the day - a champagne tasting tutored by an Veuve Clicquot ‘Brand Master’. They will take you through the Veuve range, introducing participants to the skill of tasting and as the range of champagnes are enjoyed the art of appreciating the subtle nuances of each variety will be developed. The perfect way to experience some excellent labels without having to commit oneself to the whole bottle!

Course format

The course runs from 10am to 5.00pm (approx). Lunch will be provided on the day as well as some light home baking on arrival. Recipes used on the day will be supplied to all participants as well as a complimentary Cookery School apron to take away as a keepsake.
