Cocktail Masterclass

This year the cocktail masterclasses take place in Bar Kohl situated on George IV Bridge in Edinburgh City Centre. The widely renowned bar has been established for over 15 years and has developed a huge range of self-flavoured vodkas and imaginative cocktails developed by highly skilled mixologists.

The masterclasses are a mixture of introductions to various spirits and drinks, demonstrations of your favourite cocktails followed by a chance to get behind yourselves to have a go yourself! Plenty of cocktail sampling for the connoisseur is also an essential part of the session. Hopefully your group will go away with plenty of new skills and might even discover a new favourite tipple or two!

The classes can be a great start to a hen weekend, a novel way to get a night out started, a fun team-building day or an event in itself! We hope to make the class as appealing to the group participating as possible so the more you the group can tell us about what they like the better! Types of drinks, particular spirits or even specific cocktails they would like to learn - equally if there are any members of a group who do not want to drink they can offer non-alcoholic cocktail alternatives no problem.

Course Format

It is possible to book a private 2 hour slot between 3pm and 6pm any day in the week the classes take place in a section of the bar run privately for your group. Classes can occasionally be run later in the evening during the week Sunday to Thursday (at the discretion of the bar manager). All drinks are included in the session price.
