Helping you choose your wine
The emphasis of these evenings is on the wines, although of course you will also have delicious food.
Hosted by David Austin, the evening starts with aperitifs & nibbles and an introduction to wine tasting. This is followed by 5 wines for you to taste and discuss.

The Wine Suppers

Midweek wine appreciation classes, with a relaxed 'kitchen table' supper .
An evening for people who want to learn more about wine, in an informal setting. Come on your own, or as a group, and meet other like-minded individuals.

David Austin hosts our Wine Suppers.
David is the Technical Expert for The Academy of Food & Wine Service, and he is a Wine Consultant & Trainer, and also a Tutor for WSET.
During David’s career in the wine industry, he has worked as Head Sommelier at Gleneagles, has been twice awarded Sommelier of the Year and was the Wine Buyer for Rocco Forte Hotels.
