The course is full time and students are required to attend Monday – Friday from 09.00 to 17:00. Due to the high demand of the course and so we can teach student the very best knowledge and techniques we have to offer, we do advise that sick days etc are kept to a minimum, although we do understand that life issues and sickness can affect our student we do everything we can to help and support them. We believe that working in the culinary world isn’t just about individuals working together but a family of well trained and knowledgeable people working as one.
