Alongside the teaching of cookery and related topics Edinburgh School of Food & Wine (ESFW) runs several long term catering contracts and fulfils outside catering event management throughout Scotland.

We also offer the use of the school function room and beautiful, expansive grounds for weddings and other special events.


Catering Contracts

We have vast experience in running long term catering contracts based at our clients’ premises and would value the opportunity to talk to you about your needs. We can organise staff, the ordering of all supplies and the management of all your catering requirements, leaving you to concentrate on your core business.

ESFW has worked with many organisations over the years including The Royal Highland Show, Quality Meat Scotland and Tescos amongst others.

With an outstanding reputation for our training and the good links we retain with chefs and caterers in the trade, ESFW can supply high quality and fully trained staff for your environment.

We have extensive experience of running catering contracts in many different organisations including private members clubs, pharmaceutical research facilities and multinational companies. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail within different organisations and believe that you will find our expertise second to none.

Listening to the catering requirements of potential customers is always our priority during any initial meeting. We then like to add our advice, experience and inspiration to your own ideas, with our main aim being to ensure value.
