	Why not host a Christmas event with ESFW? Whether you are a business, a community group or just a group of friends ESFW could host the perfect Christmas event with a difference!	Christmas is the perfect opportunity to celebrate. At Edinburgh School of Food & Wine we offer plenty of ways to do just that! Maybe you would like to reward a team of hard-working staff this festive period? Or perhaps get your group of friends together for a day or an evening out? Whatever you fancy let us know and we will see what we can do! Here are some of our festive options:
		Cook Your Own Christmas Dinner! Thinking of heading out for a Christmas Dinner this year? Well why not challenge your group to cook it themselves! Choose from the traditional to the unusual and creative. Our chefs will guide you through a demonstration and then let you loose in the kitchen to get busy cooking! The wonderful results are then enjoyed at our relaxed kitchen table with much deserved wine included. Why not add a special present for all the participants with specially engraved knives and aprons to take home? Champagne & Christmas Canapés Your group can learn a few tricks of the trade to impress at their next party with this fun and quirky canapé session. The group will be challenged to create the most beautiful canapé plates which will be served to you at the end of your session in your very own champagne and canapé reception. Christmas Wine Dinner If you would rather be pampered this Christmas then let us cater for your private Christmas dinner. Edinburgh School of Food & Wine chefs will cook a fabulous four course meal to be enjoyed in our candle-lit Bell Tower Function Room. The private room will be yours for the evening, why not choose to add a tutored wine tasting to your meal with wines chosen by our expert taster to complement each course. The wine tutor will then guide you through the meal with his tasting notes and tips to introduce you to this most enjoyable art! Sipping Shaking & Tasting! Many of us like to enjoy a drink at Christmas but why not do it in style with one of our Christmas drinks events. Cocktail Masterclasses Why not book a cocktail masterclass for your group? A great start to a night out to get everyone going! Our classes are held in Edinburgh City Centre at Bar Khol, with over 15 years experience in flavouring their own vodka and crafting their own cocktails they will teach you a few essential recipes & moves then let you loose behind the bar! Click here for more info! Whisky Nosing Perhaps you would like to become more familiar with our national tipple with a whisky nosing for your group? There are plenty of skills to pick up with this fun Scottish session, why not also add on a stint in the kitchen to learn some quick classics like shortbread and mince pies? Champagne Tasting If decadence is more your style then why not host your very own Champagne tasting? Have a taster of some of the world’s finest Champagnes without having to order an entire bottle in a bar!
