The Bell Tower Room seats 30 for a meeting or a meal, and up to 40 for a Buffet or Reception. The adjacent Stag Room is an ideal area to welcome your guests on arrival.
We can provide the following facilities for meetings:

- Telephone
- Tea and Coffee, with fresh baked shortbread

The Cook-In Competition
Organising our most popular Team Building Event couldn't be easier:
Step 1: Book the date
Phone (0131 3335001) or e-mail the office to check availability for your event.
We will send through a proposed schedule for the day and the menu selections.
Step 2: Choose the menu
You will need to choose 1 dish from each course for a 4-course menu (any dietary requirements can be catered for).
Please let us know if you would like to ‘theme’ your day, for example with Indian or Thai cuisine or even a Sushi Masterclass.
Step 3: Turn up and Cook
On arrival at Edinburgh School of Food and Wine, we will give you your aprons, hats & recipes.
Then following a Cookery Demonstration, you will all recreate the meal.
Step 4: Enjoy the Meal!
You can sit down either at the Kitchen tables, or in the Dining Room to enjoy the fantastic meal you have just cooked
Muddling, Mixing and Shaking
Cocktail Masterclass
A practical, hands-on session, introducing you to the Art of Cocktail Making - 'Mixing, Muddling and Shaking'.
Our team will design a cocktail menu especially for your event.
Wine or Whisky Tasting Dinner
Treat your clients to a Wine or Whisky Tasting Dinner.
The tutors aim to make the dinners a fun and relaxed evening, an opportunity to learn about wines from around the world or about the whiskies of Scotland.
During your 4 course meal there will be plenty of time to question the tutor and develop your understanding of these fascinating subjects.
The evening will allow you to understand the characteristics of the drinks and what makes them special and recognisable. We also focus on how the wine or whisky compliments the traditional foods from that region. Also, our chef will introduce the menu, and talk to you about the dishes being served
Come along and be enlightened, then impress your colleagues with your expertise!
Wine Tasting & Whisky Nosing
We hold wine tasting and whisky nosing sessions for large or small groups.
Do let us know which area you would be most interested in learning more about.
If you can't spare the time away from work, we will organise wine, whisky and cocktail events in your offices.
We will always try to accommodate your requests, so if you have an alternative in mind, please feel free to telephone us to discuss your requirements.
