Ian Pirrie – Principal

Ian took over the running of ESFW in 2008, after a successful career in the finance sector. He brings extensive knowledge of business, education of the food and wine industry. Ian regularly consults on the issues facing the industry today.

Chris Stewart – Head Tutor

Chris has over 20 years experience in the food industry and joined ESFW in 2013, following a long spell at Waldorf Astoria where he was Head Pastry Chef. Chris brings a huge amount of experience and energy to the team.

Ashley Macmillan – Tutor

Ashley is an one of the ESFW qualified students. He joined the school in 2014, with extensive chef experience whilst working in the restaurant industry and he also regularly appears on the tv for live cookery demonstrations.

Chris Naylor – Freelance Tutor

Chris has been involved at the highest level of the hospitality, industry since 1998. Working both at home and abroad, he has amassed a broad-ranging repertoire. Chris can often be found demonstrating at various festivals and food shows.

Aneta Broncel – Customer Services

Aneta is a great cook who joined ESFW in 2008 and she keeps ESFW running smoothly. She oversees the school’s outside catering business.
