We will be offering a select few opportunites to join the professional classes for short masterclass workshops. These will take place during the teaching week and last either two or three days.

These courses would suit the enthusiastic cook who is keen to learn more about a specific area of interest. Or perhaps would like to take the topic to a more professional level. The classes could also suit those already working in the industry but feel they would like to improve their confidence or learn some new techniques to refresh their menus & update their skills.
