Specialist & Advanced Cookery Courses

Short Cookery Courses, allowing you to hone your culinary skills. This is your chance to learn about particular topics in real depth. From Pasta and Breadmaking to a whole week of Advanced Cookery.

3-Day Bread Making Course
As with all of our cookery courses, this is a practical hands-on course, running from 10am to 3.30pm each day.
Over the 3 days you will be shown and have the opportunity to make a selection of breads using dry, fresh and natural yeasts, including White Farmhouse Loaf, Dinner Rolls, Brioche, Foccacia, Breadsticks and a 3-day Sour Dough Loaf.

Advanced Skills Course Content

Five full days of demonstrations and hands-on practising of cooking skills in our well equipped, professional kitchens. This is an opportunity for all enthusiastic cooks to learn new techniques and increase their repertoire. We aim to improve your confidence, so that you feel able to try out new and more complicated culinary techniques at home.
