Our workshops run for three days and offer members of the public the option of coming for one, two or all three of the days. All of the workshops offer a good balance of demonstrations and hands-on cookery.
These courses would suit the enthusiastic cook who is keen to learn more about a specific area of interest. Or perhaps would like to take the topic to a more professional level. The classes could also suit those already working in the industry but feel they would like to improve their confidence or learn some new techniques to refresh their menus & update their skills.

Our workshops run for three days and offer members of the public the option of coming for one, two or all three of the days. All of the workshops offer a good balance of demonstrations and hands-on cookery.

Day 1:

An introduction to ingredients, techniques, history and basic cooking principles.

Day 2:

A more comprehensive look into techniques, dishes and preparation.

Day 3:

An in-depth understanding of creating dishes, advanced preparation and cooking techniques.

These workshops are open to all levels and offer students the opportunity to polish up on a longstanding skill or to gain a deeper understanding of a current passion. Our next workshop date is:
