We have a 6-week Foundation course or 12-week Diploma in Professional Patisserie. These are wonderful qualifications for individuals looking to gain a comprehensive understanding of the skill of patisserie, as well as chefs who are looking to upskill. Whether you are following a lifelong passion, aspiring to a job in the UK or abroad, or fancy a career change, this course will give you the skills and training that you need.
The courses are full time, running 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday each week.
