Join us on Sunday, 12th February 2023 for a romantic cook and dine experience with your loved one.
Arrival from 3.45pm, with the cookery experience starting at 4pm
Chef Dereick will demonstrate the dishes from our specially created Valentines menu, which you will then recreate in your pairs.
Menu:
Starter: Thai fishcake with chilli jam and Asian salad
Main: Asian spiced braised beef with Celeriac and potato gratin, puree of carrots
Dessert: Chocolate fondue with handcrafted raspberry infused marshmallows, fresh strawberries and coffee & walnut biscotti
You will head down to the Bell Tower with your starter, we will then serve to you the delectable main and dessert you created – all enjoyed with a bottle of Merlot or Chenin Blanc.
