In this 5-day intensive course, you will learn from a master butcher as they demonstrate and explain primal and subprimal cuts in butchery. Aimed at the advanced home-cook, it is very much a hands on experience. Participants will put into practice the processes and techniques of butchery from a selection of different meats before learning a variety of transferrable skills in their preparation and cookery.
