The understanding of where our meat comes from and how to break it down is a fundamental skill to us here at the school, but these days, people purchase meat adorned with labels that can often mislead.
Over the course of the day, we will work together with several cuts, both demonstrated and hands-on, to understand the intricacies of butchery as well as getting involved with all the cooking and enjoying a number of dishes together.
This will make for less intimidation when it comes to preparing different cuts of meat, making a a more wholesome option for you to enjoy in the future.
