    Here at ESFW we pride ourselves on covering a large range of dishes as well as technical skills in every class we run. These workshops are a much more focussed and intensive view at a narrower aspect of cookery.

    Running from 6pm to 9pm we go through a range of technique based recipes while allowing a break to eat the fruits of your labours.

    Got a taste for sushi? Learn how to make your own at this Japanese cooking class!

    Working alongside one of our top chefs, you'll enjoy a lively demonstration of what goes into making these moreish morsels, before it'll be your turn to tie on your apron and get stuck in yourself.

    You'll be preparing a variety of fresh ingredients, learning how to fill, roll and present your dishes, as well as enjoying your tasty results. These new skills will give you the confidence and capability to wow your nearest and dearest at your next dinner party.

    Whether you're a fan of Japanese cuisine joining in a public date or bringing along the whole gang for some fun with food, this sushi workshop is the perfect way to catch up with friends, family or even spend a long-overdue date night.

    Join us for an evening of festive fun, creating stand-out canapes which are sure to impress your friends and family this party season!

    We will welcome you with a glass of Christmas fizz, which you can enjoy while our expert chef demonstrates a selection of delicious festive canape ideas, demonstrating kitchen skills and techniques.  You will then prepare and create your own platter of festive delights.

    We will cover classic Christmas flavours and seasonal ideas, presentation tips and how to prepare in advance so you can enjoy the celebrations with your guests!

    All equipment and ingredients are included.

    You will receive a recipe booklet to take home, so dishes can be made again and again.

    This is a very social, enjoyable evening.
