Our Foundation in Artisan Food Production is a new addition to our calendar and is the only course of its kind in the UK.
The course celebrates the huge number of growers, farmers and artisans that we enjoy in Scotland and aims to understand their areas of expertise, challenges and methodology to allow students to comprehensively understand the sustainable food system.
Students enjoy hands-on experience on each aspect of the course, leaving them will the traditional skills and understanding needed to work within the artisan food industry.
The course will also encourage students to embark on their own journey of understanding, as a number of questions, projects and tasks will be posed and undertaken during the course itself.
