    Nyssa BarronOwner
    Nyssa took over ESFW in October 2020, continuing a 20 year career in the hospitality industry. As well as a wealth of experience in this sector, Nyssa is also qualified to deliver training in Scottish Licensing courses and the REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene course.
    Ash MacmillanHead Chef & Tutor
    Ash has extensive chef experience whilst working in the restaurant industry and he also regularly appears on TV for live cookery demonstrations.
    Aneta BroncelOperations Manager
    Aneta is a great cook who joined ESFW in 2008 and she keeps the school running smoothly. In addition she oversees the school’s outside catering business.
