The highly popular short cookery classes at the Edinburgh School of Food & Wine are aimed at the enthusiastic amateur chef who wants to improve their cooking skills for their own pleasure and that of their friends and family.
From a short intensive skills based workshop on an evening, a full day cookery class on a saturday or sunday (or both, see weekend classes for details) we have the perfect course for all skill levels and tastes.
Every course is tailored to stay as seasonal and as responsibly sourced as possible while remaining authentic and exciting. Our experienced chefs will tutor you to create your own wonderful plates of food at the class itself and impart their knowledge to help all your future cooking endevours.

Cookery Classes
Spanning both the Saturday and the Sunday our weekend courses are a great hands-on experience that focusses on those longer and more intricate processes. In breadmaking we will be nurturing a sourdough along, 30 hours in the making. Patisserie will be filled with set desserts and frozen goodies and our Chocolate weekend will take the finishing process to professional levels.
