Join us on our fantastic 3-day Art of Viennoiserie course which will run from 10am – 4pm, on consecutive days – Tuesday to Thursday.
The course will cover:
Formation of dough, lamination, folding, rolling and shaping.
Pain au Chocolat
Lunch and refreshments will be provided each day and all course creations can be taken home, along with recipes and technical notes.

- An ESFW apron to wear each day
- Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
- Three full days of hands-on cookery
- A printed recipe booklet detailing all elements covered
