If you are already following a plant based diet but are looking to increase your knowledge and gain confidence in the kitchen, this is the perfect opportunity to help you on your journey.

We will teach you the fundamentals of plant-based cookery and nutrition, as well as a good understanding of working in a kitchen, hygiene measures and organisation.  The course will give you the confidence to understand your ingredients and adapt recipes in the future.

Participants will create a wide range of dishes from healthy raw canapés packed full of essential nutrients, starter and main course options, fermented foods that promote gut health and the occasional indulgent dessert that could easily be found in a French patisserie.

Suitable for participants following a Vegan diet, no animal products are used.
