This course will cover the fundamental skills required to create a vast array of French patisserie items and mainstay classics.
You will be tutored by our Head Chef, Ashley Macmillan, who is hugely experienced and passionate about all things in the art of patisserie!
You will learn tempering chocolate, layered entremet creations, Petit Fours, dough, sweet and savoury pastry & tarts. Finishing to a professional standard that wouldn’t look out of place in a Parisienne Patisserie.
We will guide you through presentation and decoration to elevate your dishes to the next level.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided each day and all course creations can be taken home, along with recipes and technical notes.
