We are excited to launch this new 5-day sugar work course!
During our 5-days of working with sugar, we will introduce you to the art of sugar craft. You will make and use pastillage for decorative items, to further enhance them you will use techniques like bas relief, make handmade sugar flowers, use Royal Icing and different types of buttercreams on cupcakes and sponge cakes, which could then be used as a standalone decoration or used on a celebration cakes.
The class runs Monday – Friday from 10am – 4pm.
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required for your creations during the week
o An ESFW apron to wear each day
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o 5-days of hands-on sugar work
o A printed recipe booklet with technical notes, a PDF copy will also be sent on completion of the course
