Our suggested wine pairings (optional) are selected from several great value wines and chosen by our sommelier in the lead up to the event.
Due to the nature of this, our menus are finalised close to the dinner date itself, but past menus have included:
Celeriac and apple velouté with sour dough crumb
Salt baked cod fillet with cucumber, roasted cauliflower, confit potato terrine, cauliflower puree and red wine glaze
Bitter chocolate marquise, poached cinnamon plums, hazelnut praline
Full bar service for over 18s until 11pm
