During the course we will give you knowledge and confidence to progress with your baking at home and the ability to adapt recipes taking in other flavours or shapes.
We will guide you through the whole baking process, covering flavour, texture, shape and rise from every bread we make.
An example of breads which have previously been covered on this course are:
Sourdough seeded rye
Milk bread swirl buns
Gluten free loaf
All equipment and ingredients are included, along with lunch both days.
You will receive a printed recipe booklet and a PDF copy will be sent on completion.
You just need to bring your own enthusiasm and containers to take home your wonderful creations!
