Our Foundation and Diploma courses are ideally suited for anyone who would like to become a chef, improve their kitchen skills or as part of their personal development . The diploma course requires a certain level of skill and efficiency to be able to master the advanced techniques you will be taught.

Our Diploma in Professional Cookery is a great course either for those looking to work in a professional food environment such as a café, kitchen, or catering business as well as an invaluable skill to use to earn money whilst travelling.

Running Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm each of the six weeks

The first six-weeks of this course is made up by the Foundation in Professional Cookery, the second half of the course delves deeper into each subject matter, as well as allowing for a greater deal of creativity and expression through food.

Our Diploma also offers students a one-week work placement as a part of the course- allowing valuable networks to be created and experience gained. One of our most popular courses, the Diploma in Professional Cookery offers terrific value and a great start in the industry.

As part of the diploma, you are required to submit a portfolio of your work within 2-weeks of the course ending.

The course fee includes:

All equipment and ingredients required to complete the course dishes.

Our Chefs Essential Kit containing 2 sets of uniform and a knife roll

All of our students carry out REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene training to allow them to work legally within the industry, as well as a range of e-learning courses relevant to work in the hospitality industry.
