Our Diploma in Professional Patisserie is a wonderful qualification for individuals looking to gain a comprehensive understanding of the skill of patisserie, as well as chefs who are looking to upskill.  Whether you are following a lifelong passion, aspiring to a job in the UK or abroad, this course will give you the skills and training that you need.

Running Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm each of the twelve weeks.

As part of the diploma, you are required to submit a portfolio of your work, within 2-weeks of the course ending.

The course fee includes:

All equipment and ingredients required to complete the course dishes.

Lunch and refreshments each day.

Our Chefs Essential Kit containing 2 sets of uniform and a knife roll

All of our students carry out REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene training to allow them to work legally within the industry, as well as a range of e-learning courses relevant to work in the hospitality industry.
