We are excited to launch this new class dedicated to biscuit decoration!

Our Sugarcraft expert with guide you through making your own biscuits, so that they do not spread, and also show you ways to cut out your biscuits giving them a different effect prior to baking.  You will learn how to make royal icing, flooding, different piping techniques, how to pipe flowers, and brush embroidery.  Everything you make (and don’t eat!) can be taken home to show off your new skills to family and friends!

The class runs from 10am – 4pm, our tutor will demo the dishes and you will recreate in a fun, social environment.  As this is a baking class, we will provide lunch for you and your fellow guests.

To help us be more environmentally friendly, please bring reusable containers with you on the day.
