We will welcome you with a glass of Christmas fizz, which you can enjoy while our expert chef demonstrates a selection of delicious festive canape ideas, demonstrating kitchen skills and techniques. You will then prepare and create your own platter of festive delights.
We will cover classic Christmas flavours and seasonal ideas, presentation tips and how to prepare in advance so you can enjoy the celebrations with your guests!
This evening class runs from 6pm – 9pm
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required to prepare the evening’s menu.
o An ESFW apron to wear on the evening.
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o A hands-on cookery
o A printed recipe booklet detailing the dishes covered
