Do you enjoy the fresh and vibrant dishes of Greece? Why not join us for a day of tantalising your taste buds!
Traditional Greek food incorporates lots of vegetables, fish, meat, olive oil and grains. The Greek influence can be seen spreading to other Mediterranean countries. In this one-day class we will cover dishes such as Skordalia (a traditional garlic and potato dip), Spanakopita (Greek spinach pie), Choriatiki (Greek salad) and Baklava. As with all classes, each class menu changes.
The class runs from 10am – 4pm, our tutor will demo the dishes and you will recreate in a fun, social environment. You eat the dishes you make and any additional food can be taken home. To help us be more environmentally friendly, please bring reusable containers with you on the day.
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required to prepare the days menu.
o An ESFW apron to wear on the day
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o A full day of hands-on cookery
o A printed recipe booklet detailing the dishes covered
o Refreshments throughout the day and a glass of wine with lunch
We can accommodate guests following a vegetarian, vegan or GF diet, please ensure this is noted at booking so we have information in advance.
