Bright and light ingredients along with deep, rich sauces give a great balance to this gastronomy.
Family feasts are a huge part of the culture so we know how proud they are of their fare they are, and we will create traditional dishes with local, seasonal ingredients.
Our menus are never repeated and are only finalised when we know what ingredients are available, but previous menus have included:
Squash and ricotta ravioli, sage brown butter, and chestnuts
Saltimbocca alla Romana, parmesan polenta and cavolo
Nero Vanilla panna cotta, star anise clementine’s and dark chocolate and hazelnut biscotti
Tea or coffee upon arrival
Glass of wine to accompany lunch
Non-alcoholic refreshments available in the afternoon
