This class will solely concentrate on bakery items, whether it be delicious biscuits, breads or cakes.
Aimed at ages 8-16 years, the tutors take the kids on a journey of discovery, talking about ingredients, nourishment and cooking techniques.
During this hands-on bakery class, our fabulous chef tutor will demonstrate the dishes which the kids then replicate. There will be lots to take home to share with loved ones.
Eggs, dairy and gluten will be used on this class.
We can cater for some special dietary requirements in this class, please note these at the time of booking. Please note we cannot cater for any severe food allergies, as a working commercial kitchen we handle all allergens within our workspace and cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur.
