Of all the skills and tips imparted during our classes, correct and precise knifework is the most universally applicable and useful for all cuisines.
In this evening class we will break down the best grips, chopping techniques, knife care and sharpening; allowing you to chop quicker, safer, and more accurately than ever before.
During the evening you will practice your new skills by preparing the ingredients for a dish that you can enjoy at the latter end of the class or take home with you.
Class runs from 6pm – 9pm
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required during the class
o An ESFW apron to wear on the evening.
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o A hands-on cookery experience
o A printed worksheet detailing different chopping methods and the recipe for the dish prepared
