Our Patisserie Weekend is a hands-on patisserie course aimed at the home cook enthusiast. Over the weekend, you will learn an assortment of dishes ranging from Viennoiserie pastries, chocolate work, layered entremet creations, to Petit Fours. Finishing to a professional standard that wouldn’t look out of place in a Parisienne Patisserie.
We will guide you through presentation and decoration to elevate your dishes to the next level.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided each day and course creations can be taken home, along with recipes and technical notes.
