Pizza Making Workshop – 08/02/24

Learn how to make fresh, delicious pizza with this hand-on Pizza Making Workshop. You will be taught the ins and outs of cooking the perfect pizza by a talented chef, with years of experience.

Cooking with fresh and tasty ingredients, in a relaxed and informative environment, you’ll cover all aspects of pizza creation, from making and proving your dough to creating your sauce, and even ideas for sensational toppings.

You’ll then have the opportunity to come together with your fellow pizza fanatics and share your delicious creations — the perfect way to show off your newfound skills!

Whether you’re joining us on a solo venture or bringing along a friend or two to catch up over pizza, it’s a brilliant way to level up your kitchen skills, and have fun doing it.

As pizza dough needs to prove, we will provide dough ready to be stretched for the day and the dough you make will be taken home for another pizza to be made at a later date.

Children aged 12-15 years old are welcome to attend this class but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

The class runs from 6pm – 8pm.

• An ESFW apron to wear on the evening
• A printed recipe booklet detailing the recipes and techniques covered
• Refreshments
