Tapas simply means a small portion of food. In a concept originating in Spain, the idea is you order a few dishes and share, a very social dining experience.
Join us for our Spanish Tapas cookery day, where you will create an array of vibrant, full-flavoured dishes, then sit and enjoy in a social environment with your fellow class attendees, washing down your delicious creations with glass of Rioja. Salud!
We don’t repeat our menus, however an example of previous class dishes are:
Gambas Pil Pil
The class runs from 10am – 4pm, our tutor will demo the dishes and you will recreate in a fun, social environment. You eat the dishes you make and any additional food can be taken home. To help us be more environmentally friendly, please bring reusable containers with you on the day.
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required to prepare the days menu.
o An ESFW apron to wear on the day
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o A full day of hands-on cookery
o A printed recipe booklet detailing the dishes covered
o Refreshments throughout the day and a glass of wine with lunch
We can accommodate guests following a vegetarian, vegan or GF diet, please ensure this is noted at booking so we have information in advance.
