Dainty plates packed full of flavour are how we all think of tapas, and by taking part in this evening class, you will learn how to make traditional classics alongside some modern takes, that will be a pleasure to create and enjoy.
Vibrant flavours of Spain will be in abundance throughout the menu, and you will learn the skills and techniques to recreate your dishes many times after attending.

Class runs from 6pm – 9pm
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required to prepare the evening’s menu.
o An ESFW apron to wear on the evening.
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o A hands-on cookery
o A printed recipe booklet detailing the dishes covered
