Spring Tasting Meal 28/04/2023


Enjoy a 5-course tasting menu, prepared by our team of chefs, which explores each season’s flavours, colours, and textures.

Our suggested wine pairings (optional) are selected from several great value wines and chosen by our sommelier in the lead up to the event.

Due to the nature of using seasonal ingredients menus are finalised close to the date, however past dishes have included:

Guinea Fowl and Chicken Terrine

Wild garlic, tarragon and mint roast chicken with lettuce and peas

Strawberry Parfait White chocolate mousse, basil gel, chocolate crumb, elderflower syrup

Full bar service for over 18s available until 11pm

Carriages 11:30pm
