A food genre that brings cultures together with tastes and flavours to relish is most definitely street food!
Beginning its journey in Asia, we now see pop-up vendors all over with a range of offerings from bao buns to breakfast tacos, dumplings to dirty fries it delivers something for everyone.
We change our menus for each class, however examples of previous dishes are:
Spicy Korean Chicken Wings
Chorizo & Manchego Croquetas with Mojo Verde
Sticky Mushroom Bao Buns
The class runs from 10am – 4pm, our tutor will demo the dishes and you will recreate in a fun, social environment. You eat the dishes you make and any additional food can be taken home. To help us be more environmentally friendly, please bring reusable containers with you on the day.
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required to prepare the days menu.
o An ESFW apron to wear on the day
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o A full day of hands-on cookery
o A printed recipe booklet detailing the dishes covered
o Refreshments throughout the day and a glass of wine with lunch
We can accommodate guests following a vegetarian, vegan or GF diet, please ensure this is noted at booking so we have information in advance.
