Working alongside one of our top chefs, you’ll enjoy a lively demonstration of what goes into making these moreish morsels, before it’ll be your turn to tie on your apron and get stuck in yourself.
You’ll be preparing a variety of fresh ingredients, learning how to fill, roll and present your dishes, as well as enjoying your tasty results. These new skills will give you the confidence and capability to wow your nearest and dearest at your next dinner party.
Whether you’re a fan of Japanese cuisine joining in a public date or bringing along the whole gang for some fun with food, this sushi workshop is the perfect way to catch up with friends and family.
This half day class runs from 11am – 2pm
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required to prepare the evening’s menu.
o An ESFW apron to wear on the evening.
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o A hands-on cookery
o A printed recipe booklet detailing the dishes covered
Children aged 12-15 are welcome to attend with a parent/carer aged 18+, a ticket must be purchased for both attendees.
