These dinners are a showcase of the abundance that Scotland enjoys each season from land & sea. From the muted colours of Winter dishes to the vibracy of Summer, our team of chefs cook a wonderful menu encompassing a range of flavour & technique, supported by our educational students. We also do special lunches for Easter, Fathers Day and Mothers Day so there is plenty of choice.
