Come and join us on this one-day Christmas cookery class. We will demonstrate how to cook and carve a traditional roast turkey, you will then get stuck in with hands-on cookery covering sumptuous sides, delectable sauces, dessert and mulled wine to tantalise the tastebuds!
We will guide you on feeding large numbers and time management as these are key elements to keeping stress out your kitchen!
Once finished, we shall sit around the ESFW Christmas table and enjoy together!

What is included:
All equipment and ingredients required to prepare the days menu.
An ESFW apron to wear on the day

Refreshments throughout the day and a glass of wine with lunch
