Join us on Sunday, 12th February 2023 for a romantic cook and dine experience with your loved one.
Arrival from 3.45pm, with the cookery experience starting at 4pm
Chef Dereick will demonstrate the dishes from our specially created Valentines menu, which you will then recreate in your pairs.
Menu:
Starter: Thai fishcake with chilli jam and Asian salad
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required to prepare the day’s menu.
o An ESFW apron to wear on the day
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o A printed recipe booklet detailing the dishes covered and PDF sent following the course
o A welcome glass of fizz and a bottle of wine with your meal (soft drink alternative available)
