On this whisky cookery class, you will enjoy a day of fresh, local, in season produce and great quality whisky. Delving into the flavours and history of one of Scotland’s most famous products.

Using whisky in cooking is an excellent way to enhance flavours, whether that be salty, smoky or sweetness.

This class will teach you how to use whisky to its best ability in the kitchen, by creating 3 delicious dishes.  You will take your dessert down to the Bell Tower, to enjoy a whisky flight around Scotland, with carefully selected malts.
