Our suggested wine pairings (optional) are selected from several great value wines and chosen by our sommelier in the lead up to the event.
Due to the nature of this, our menus are finalised close to the dinner date itself, but past menus have included:
Mulled pigeon with parsnip, roast crosnes, sprouts and a chestnut crumb
Cider braised pork cheek with potato pancake. Roast hispi cabbage, shallot, bacon, roasted apple, and beetroot & tarragon puree
Milk chocolate mousse with winter spiced granola, orange, passion fruit served with caramel and thyme ice cream
Food service generally finishes by 9.30pm however, guests are welcoming to continue the evening with our bar open until 10.30pm
