    Crab & kholrabi ravioli

    Tomato & goat’s cheese cannelloni with balsamic caviar, pea & courgette velouté, crispy hen’s egg and focaccia

    Strawberry parfait with elderflower sorbet and basil jelly.

    Showcasing the best of Scottish produce, join us in celebrating Scotland's world class larder.

    Our top chefs will create a delectable menu put lovingly together with innovative dishes celebrating the best local, in season produce. 

    You will be welcomed with a Scottish Gin cocktail, followed by canapes, starter, intermediate course, main, dessert and finishing with a dram of whisky.

    To enhance your experience, we have a paired wines package available on the evening, matched by our hugely talented sommelier.

    Mulled pigeon with parsnip, roast crosnes, sprouts and a chestnut crumb

    Cider braised pork cheek with potato pancake. Roast hispi cabbage, shallot, bacon, roasted apple, and beetroot & tarragon puree

    Milk chocolate mousse with winter spiced granola, orange, passion fruit served with caramel and thyme ice cream
