An Evening with Pierre Victoire - 18th March
Pierre Victoire will be at ESFW from 5-9pm. Pierre Levicky will bring back the Pierre Victoire restaurant. A three course dinner will be £5 with a complimentary glass of wine supplied by Inverarity Vaults.
Pierre's passion lies in cooking and serving gutsy French food. He created a network of 140 restaurants in the 90's called Pierre Victoire and Chez Jules.
He returned to Edinburgh in 2008, opening Chez Pierre on Eyre Place.
