After the booming success of our Masterclass sessions in 2011, we are happy to announce new dates for 2012.
On Thursday 23rd February, we will be running a Scotch Beef Masterclass in association with Quality Meat Scotland. It will be an open forum, discussing some of the challenges facing the industry. Our chef, Steve Brown will demonstrate some innovative dishes as well as some modern classics.
