This hands-on, intensive cookery camp is aimed at teenagers aged 13-16 years old. Attendees will learn a solid foundation of cookery skills and techniques, they will receive an array of delicious recipes which can then be recreated at home and will gain kitchen confidence.
We will teach attendees hygiene and safety in the kitchen, how to weigh out ingredients accurately and read recipes.
We use local, in season produce and all dishes will be eaten throughout the day, with any leftovers packed up to take home to share with family or friends!
What is included:
o All equipment and ingredients required to prepare the days menu.
o An ESFW apron to wear on the day
o Expert tuition from our experienced and friendly chef tutors and assistants
o A full day of hands-on cookery
o A printed recipe booklet detailing the dishes covered
o Refreshments throughout the day, the kids eat the dishes they make so no need to bring lunch.
We can accommodate guests following a vegetarian, vegan or GF diet, please ensure this is noted at booking so we have information in advance.
