Professional Courses

We have created a modular programme designed to give students the flexibility to get exactly what they need out of the courses dependent on skill level, area of interest and budget. 

These courses are broken down into 6 week modules and allow students to join us for anywhere from 6 weeks to 7 months.

Our courses are open to anyone over the age of 16, any ability or nationality, and we pride ourselves on our inclusive attitude to food and education.

Courses run from 9.30am – 4.30pm, 5 days per week, giving students over 30 hours of practical, hands-on experience each week, over 200 across each 6 week module.
