Our cookery school was established in 1986 and over the years we have trained thousands of students.  We are proud to be a multi-award winning cookery school, providing a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience for aspiring chefs.

We have created a modular programme designed to give students the flexibility to get exactly what they need out of our courses dependent on skill level, area of interest and budget. 

Our courses are open to anyone over the age of 16, any ability or nationality, and we pride ourselves on our inclusive attitude to food and education.
