Accredited by REHIS, I am running SCPLH and SCPLH/R courses. These are offered as public dates as scheduled below, can be booked as a private group or even a 1-2-1 basis, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Licensing applications can be time consuming if not completed correctly, can make for a long, drawn out process which can cause unnecessary stress to you and be detrimental to your business.
I also offer a licence processing service for your application to prevent delays and unwanted additional expenditure.
All licensing courses must be booked at least 14 days in advance to allow us to register you as a student, please ensure this is taken into account when booking a course, requesting a training date.

Courses are held at Edinburgh School of Food & Wine, we have a car park with free parking or can offer pick up and drop off from Haymarket for any student attending a licensing course.
